A research-first process designed to separate what a seller says from what independent evidence can actually support.
1. Identify the Product and Seller Claims
We record the product name, current category, ingredient claims, seller identity, purchase route and any stated shipping or refund terms. Commercial terms are treated as time-sensitive and must be re-checked at checkout.
2. Check the Current Label
When a Supplement Facts panel or equivalent is available, we use it to identify active ingredients and serving sizes. If the project files do not establish the current dose, we say so rather than infer one.
3. Separate Ingredient Evidence From Product Evidence
A study on magnesium, ashwagandha, black cohosh or another ingredient does not automatically prove that a multi-ingredient finished product works. We explicitly distinguish ingredient-level plausibility from clinical evidence on the product itself.
4. Apply a YMYL Safety Check
Sleep disturbance, thyroid symptoms, urinary symptoms, menopause and weight concerns can have medical causes. We look for red flags, medication interactions and situations where a supplement should not substitute for evaluation or established care.
5. Use Independent Sources
Health claims are checked against authoritative sources such as FDA, NIH/Office of Dietary Supplements, NCCIH, NIDDK, NHLBI and recognised menopause resources. Manufacturer pages may be used for product-specific label or commercial facts, but not as independent proof of effectiveness.
6. Do Not Invent Testing or User Outcomes
Unless first-hand testing is documented, the site does not claim that a reviewer personally used the product. We also do not present unverified testimonials as a representative dataset or publish exact response timelines as if they were clinical findings.
7. Affiliate Independence
Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored". A commission may be earned after purchase, but compensation does not determine whether a medical or effectiveness claim is accepted. Pages can and should state when evidence is limited.
8. Update Policy
Reviews should be revisited when formulas, seller URLs, prices, shipping, refund rules or relevant evidence changes. Each materially edited page carries an updated date. Dynamic commercial facts are intentionally phrased as “verify current terms” when the ZIP cannot prove the live checkout state.
